Collection: Cooking Classes
Our cooking class is a farm-to-table concept that is steeped in traditional recipes. We also conduct a tour of our 21st century Kampong all within the house. We will talk about our practices of sustaining the organic garden, and the projects that are held in the co-working spaces.
In the cooking class, we teach you how to make a traditional-style Chicken Curry from scratch, harvest herbs and vegetables from our organic garden for a Frittata, and a blue pea flower rice. You also get 2 complimentary seasonal greens from our organic garden and dessert. At the end of the session, you will get to sit together and dine on the following menu:
- Chilled Bittergourd Salad
- Traditional Chicken Curry
- Tri-SuperFood Frittata of GotuKola, Ulam Raja and Chives
- Seasonal organic greens
- Blue Pea Flower Rice
- Seasonal Fruits with European Hard Dip
- Blue Pea Flower Tea Infusion
We welcome you to bring alcohol or cakes as we don't charge corkage. On days with double bookings, we will merge groups. For groups below 3pax, please contact us at email@example.com, and we will do our best to arrange small groups together.
